Travel Fees

In-home visits require a travel fee based on roundtrip mileage from Schofield Barracks. Fees are due before your appointment — unpaid fees may result in the visit converting to virtual or being rescheduled.

Travel fees are not covered by insurance and are collected via card on file.

How do I get started?

Select a package or single visit and follow the booking links. You'll be emailed an invite to Spruce and your new patient portal. Please complete intake forms at least one day before your appointment.

What is your non-covered services policy?

A travel fee is required for in-home visits off Schofield Barracks/Wheeler. The rate depends on roundtrip mileage. This fee is not covered by insurance and is collected via card on file.

Not sure which package is right?

How should I prepare for my initial consultation?

No need to do anything different! We work with you in your environment to see how feeding currently looks in your home. Just be yourself — that's exactly what we need to see.

Do you accept private pay?

Yes! We accept private pay for all services and can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement if you have those benefits.

Can you coordinate with my baby's doctor?

Yes — with your permission, we can fax visit notes directly to your pediatrician. We believe good care is coordinated care and are happy to loop in your baby's medical team.
