What You Can Expect From Our Care:
Support doesn't stop when your visit ends. All care plans include built in follow-up and communication so families feel supported between visits.

24-48 hour follow up via Spruce
A check-in after your visit to answer questions, review progress, and adjust the plan if needed.

Secure communication for quick questions and p[lan adjustments during early weeks (business hours).

Care coordination with your pediatrician
Visit notes can be faxed to your child's pediatrician when appropriate to support continuity of care.
Travel Fee Information
In-home visits require a travel fee, which is due in advance.

To ensure a smooth visit day, travel fees must be paid before the appointment. Unpaid travel fees may result in the visit being converted to virtual or rescheduled.
Fees are based on roundtrip mileage from Schofield barracks. They are as follows:

How can I start working with you?
All you need to do is select a pathway and follow the links to book! You will then be emailed an invite to spruce and your new patient portal. Please ensure you complete these at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. Travel fees may apply.
How should I prepare for my initial consultation?
There is no need to do anything different! We will work with you in your environment to see how feeding currently looks in your home.
What is your Non-Covered Services policy?
We require a travel fee for services rendered off of Schofield Barracks/ Wheeler. This rate will depend on the round trip mileage from Schofield to your home. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be collected via card on file.
